This beautiful sunroom was built in place of a neglected screen porch. The original screens were set too far from the floor, making it difficult to view the yard and playground below. Because it was an unconditioned space, the old porch sat unused most of the time. The new four season sunroom features Marvin windows and doors, tiled plank flooring, and a new heating/cooling system, making this room inviting year round. The addition was sided to complement the rest of the house and the underbelly was finished to create a covered patio below.
