- Discuss general concepts and project feasibility
- Up to two hours of on-site professional guidance
* 100% of the brainstorming consultation fee may be applied toward a future project at this home with an investment of $50,000 or more (construction contract must be signed within 12 months of consultation).

Edit Design Build Studio will help develop a plan and strategy to guide you through managing your own construction journey. You will meet with both of Edit’s partners where we will familiarize ourselves with your existing home and discuss your design goals. We’ll then put together an outline for you to follow as you embark on your own construction journey.
Advisory Consultation includes:
- Meeting both of Edit’s partners at your home for up to two hours
- Discuss general concepts and project feasibility
- Take site photos and record necessary measurements
- Develop initial design options and concepts
- Follow-up visit to review design concepts
- Provide Project Management Tools to include the following:
- Preliminary floor plan
- Outline specifications
- Sample schedule
- Relevant vendor and trade partner referrals
